This is a card I made for my brother's birthday.
The background and the dotty paper are from the same set and the brown paper with words on is the same colour as the swirls and brown dots.
I cut the green card and dotty paper circles using nestabilities circles and the green motorbike with a die cut.
The green tag is cut with a Stampin Up punch. The gold edging was stuck on after.
